Today we have been in Chessington to carry out a drain survey to identify if there are any drain faults on this property.
Luckily there were no faults found, however we installed a Rat Blocker non-return Rodent Valve in the drains.
It is a terrace property so the fault will be with one of the other properties which we will hopefully be Surveying later this week.
