Rats can cause some issues from time to time around the stables, but we have carried out all proofing required around the house and installed a non-return Rat blocker in the drains so rats cannot damage any drainage lines under the property or make an appearance in a toilet basin!
Last year wasps were a real menace here, the family love to have friends over for BBQ’s and they had a wedding party in the garden mid July. We had treated all visible wasp nests around the property and stables but still there were a high number of wasps around, so we installed 30 Wasp Traps around the boundary. These proved extremely effective, even more effective that our technicians had imagined.
